Optimum is working with an exclusive outpatient practice in central and southern Massachusetts looking to hire a full-time psychiatrist to their team.
This group started as a Psychiatry Private Practice and has expanded into multiple locations without losing the private practice feel. They are looking to hire a psychiatrist who prides themselves on the patient experience utilizing the 30 and 60-minute time allotments to make the most of their patient's visit.
Opportunity Details:
- Private outpatient psychiatry practice
- Shift info: Monday-Friday, 40-hour week
- 32-36 hour clinical contact + 4 admin hours
- 60-minute new visits and 30-minute follow-ups
- Expanding group with 3 psychiatrists and a full support staff
