Optimum is collaborating with a reputable 75+ bed independent hospital in southern Virginia seeking a Family Medicine physician to support their growing medical needs.
This position offers a competitive salary package with the opportunity for RVU bonuses, excellent benefits, and malpractice.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Shared group call
- Daily Census: 16-20 patients
- 6-weeks of PTO + 1-week CMEs
- Full retirement & medical
