Optimum has partnered with a leading medical center in western Virginia looking to add a Hematology-Oncology physician to their team.
This position is open to new graduates, allows for an outstanding work/life balance, and offers excellent compensation.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 4-day work week, set day off not on Monday or Friday, 9-hour days
- Call shifts, 1:5
- Daily Volume: 12-20 patients (rounding + 1-4 consults per day)
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff
- COC & QOPI accredited
Position Benefits:
- $500k+ compensation + RVUs
- $40k sign-on & relocation up to $10k
