Description
Optimum is collaborating with a reputable client 20-minutes outside of Boston, Massachusetts looking to employ an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position has excellent productivity bonuses, up to $100K over base salary.
Position Overview
- Schedule: 14 shifts per month
- Shift info: Monday-Friday (8a-8p) & weekends (8a-5p)
- No call responsibilities
- Daily Census: 75-80 patients
- Team of 2 MDs + 6 APPs
- EMR: DocuTab
- $155K base salary - w/productivity up to $280K
- Full benefits + 410K with match
