Join a prestigious group of 19 Anesthesiologists and 46 CRNAs, covering 33 main operating rooms and experience various cases.
About the Position:
- Schedule: 40-hour workweeks
- Shift Information: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts in a rotating schedule
- Offsite backup call shifts (paid to hold beeper)
- 24/7 OR schedule with inhouse coverage - General, OB, GI, Dental, & Cardiac
- Volume: 30K+ cases per year
- Care Team Model - (1) MD : (4) CRNA
- Excellent 12-week orientation support from Chief CRNA
Position Benefits:
- Starting base salary of $230K, dependent on years of experience, 3+ years of experience paying $270K
- $250K sign-on/retention bonus with a 5-year work commitment and 2-year non-compete, or a $60K sign-on/retention bonus for a 3-year commitment
- Sign-on can be paid in a lump sum or distributed over 5-years
