Optimum is working with a client that is looking to hire a full-time Hospitalist to provide daytime coverage in central Vermont.
About the Opportunity:
• Admitters & rounders work 14 shifts in 28 days
• Admitter shift: 11a-9p; Rounders: 7a-5p
• No call requirements
• Closed ICU with intensivists, no ICU rounding, no procedures
• Base salary: $240k for 168 shifts / $260k for 182 shifts
• Quality/prod bonus, $25k sign-on bonus, and $10k relocation
o 2 weeks vacation
• Excellent benefits + retirement w/ match
• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine
