Ohio Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 days + 1/2 day (flexible)
- Shift Information: 8-hours with offsite call shifts in a rotation
- Daily Volume: 16-23 patients
- Team of 14 physicians and 14 APPs
- EMR: Centricity/Epic
- 256-bed medical center
