Optimum is proud to present a new Family Medicine position only 20-minutes south of beautiful Clearwater, Florida.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Offsite call for own patients
- Daily Census: 18-20 patients
- A support team of 1 APP & 1 medical assistant
- 3-5 years of experience & board certification required
- Competitive base salary, $50K for sign-on & relocation
- 30% of base salary clinic bonus
