Description
Optimum has partnered with a client in southeastern Vermont seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This facility is located 20-minutes from Killington and just over 1-hour from Montpelier.
This position will involve coordinating the plan of care with primary care providers to include psychiatric consults, completing diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing medical management services. Nurse Practitioners also receive the support of RN Case Managers.
Position Details:
-Adults only, 18+
-Flexible Schedule: 4x10-hour days, 5x8-hour days, or 3x12-hour days
-No call shifts required
-Competitive compensation + educational loan repayment ($10-$20K annual)
-Up to $10K relocation
-4-weeks of PTO + Holidays and CMEs
