Optimum has partnered with a medical center in southeastern Arizona, offering a $300K base salary and excellent work/life balance to a Hospitalist who will join their team.
About the Position:
- $300K guaranteed salary, not attached to RVU or volume
- $40K sign-on bonus
- $10K for relocation, the total amount given directly to you and used at your discretion
- Schedule: 5 days in a row, then 10 days off
- Flexible 8-12 hours onsite & remainder on call
- Join 2 seasoned hospitalists
- APP’s support by performing admissions and seeing lower acuity patients
- CMO and COS work side-by-side with you in the ICU and ED
- Open to those who want to live in town or the Phoenix/Tucson metro areas
- The lead hospitalist lives in Scottsdale
