Optimum is collaborating with a behavioral health facility in southern West Virginia seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join their growing team.
This client offers extreme flexibility with the schedule to ensure their providers have an excellent work-life balance.
About the Position:
- IP, PIC, & OP - adult-focused
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, most providers are done by 3 pm
- Call: 1 weekend per month + 1 weekday via phone
- Option for extra call shifts for additional pay
- 24-bed IP, 10-bed PIC, 30-bed geriatric unit, and standard OP clinic
- Census: 12 or less IP & 8-15 OP
- APP support staff
- EMR: Meditech
- BE/BC
Position Benefits:
- High earning potential: Up to $325K base salary + RVUs ($60K annually)
- $3K incentive for more than 1-weekend of call, $3.5K incentive per APP supervised, and $5K yearly bonus
