Optimum is collaborating with a reputable hospital in northeastern Massachusetts, seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience, a 10% quality bonus, and productivity bonuses.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 7 on/7 off, 12-hour shifts
- Daily Census: Up to 11 patients
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- 35 minutes north of Boston, MA
- 4-weeks of vacation + 1-week of CMEs
- Competitive salary, 10% quality bonus, and up to $5K in RVU productivity
