Optimum is collaborating with a reputable medical group in Phoenix, Arizona seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join their growing Primary Care team.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 4x 10-hours or 5x 8-hours
- 1-2 call shifts per month for FM, IM can pick up HOS shifts if desired
- Daily Volume: 18-20 patients
- BE/BC
