Description
Optimum is working with a client in southern Ohio who is seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join their team. If you do not currently have an OH license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
About the Opportunity:
- Join a team of 1 physician, 1 LPN, 1 MOA, & 1 office manager
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 8a-4:30p, Fri, 8a-12p
- No call, but must respond to critical alert values
- 20 patient encounters/day
- Mostly outpatient w/ some inpatient consults
- Option of 1 or 2-year guaranteed salary, followed by RVU model
- Generous bonus & loan repayment program
- $30k sign-on & $10k relocation
- 29 days of PTO (including holidays & sick days)
