Optimum is working with a client in eastern Georgia who is seeking a full-time Intensivist to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 2-5 days on
- Night rotation every 6th week followed by 10 days off
- Daily census: 15-17 patients per 12-hr shift (daytime physician extender support)
- 15-bed closed med-surg ICU
- The group does its own procedures
- $400k base salary + incentives based on quality metrics
