Information Collection

We obtain Personal Information and other information about you from a variety of sources. This includes Personal Information you provide to us, information we gather through automated means, and information we obtain from other sources.

We collect Personal Information when you request additional information, apply to a job posting, make a referral, or register on the Site. The information collected includes but is not limited to:

Automatically Collected Information

By choosing to use the Site, you agree to provide Optimum with certain information, including Personal Information, which is automatically created, collected, and recorded by your use of the Site. Optimum uses third parties, including Google Analytics, to collect this information which may include Personal Information, as described below.

Optimum uses common internet technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to keep track of the interactions with the Site. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness.
