Medicus is partnering with a hospital in southeastern Virginia that has an opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, weekends and weekdays
• Setting: Inpatient
• 2 endo suites, lab and x-ray onsite
• Average Daily Volume: 10-15 patients, 2 procedures
• Skills: Inpatient GI, upper and lower GI endoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, colonoscopies, esophageal dilation/manometry and interpretation, etc.
• EMR: Echo
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses

During your free time, tour a historic downtown, kayak along a scenic river, and hike through nature trails at a nearby preserve.
