Anesthesia Position 45-Mins From Washington, D.C

Optimum is collaborating with a medical center in Maryland, 45-minutes north of Washington, D.C, seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their team.

Here are the Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
• Inhouse call shifts, 8 per month
• Care team model - mostly supervision (3:1 or 4:1)
• 40% own cases
• Cases: OB, rare ortho, neuro spine, rare head, peds if comfortable (no cardiac or transplants)
• Competitive base salary based on PTO
• 7-10 weeks of PTO
• $30K sign-on with 3-yr commitment & $25K variable compensation plan
• Must be board-certified
