- Cases: ENT, ortho, plastics, dental, podiatry, thoracic, healthy peds, OB, no hearts or heads
- Team of 2 MDs & 7 CRNAs, supervision - 1:4
- 8 ORs, including 2 endo and 1 cysto
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
- 1.5-hours from Charlotte
