• Above-market rates
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
• 1:3 call shifts - MDs do backup call, CRNAs take 1st call
• Team of 4 MDs, 8 CRNAs, 6 ORs
• Supervision: 2:1
• Mix of cases
• Paid travel and expenses
