About the Opportunity:

• Transitional care for pediatrics/children from acute care hospitals
• Case types: Anxiety, depression, and behavior problems (sleep, feeding, adherence, pain, adjustment to illness, and trauma)
• Flexible Schedule: 4 & 8-hour shifts available
• 100% remote
• 60-beds
• Ages birth to 21 years old
• EMR: Cerner
• BE/BC
• Paid travel & expenses
