Optimum is proud to partner with a hospital in central Michigan that has an opening for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team.

About the Position:

  • Flexible Scheduling: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts
  • Call Requirement: 1:4 beeper call, 7 consecutive days
  • Trauma Designation: Level II
  • Setting: Hospital and surgery center
  • Facility: 11 ORs in hospital, 3 ORs in surgery center
  • Cardiac Patient Volume: 300 annually
  • Cases: Open hearts, complex hearts, thrombosis
  • Support Staff: Full subspecialty support
  • Independent cases
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
