Optimum is proud to partner with community-based service centers in northeastern Massachusetts with permanent part-time Psychiatry positions. These positions offer around 20 hours per week for Medical Director or Psychiatry coverage.


The positions offer the opportunity to join a collaborative, dedicated team and the chance to work part-time in a reputable community-based environment.


Additional Position Details:

  • Flexible Schedule: Around 20 hours per week
  • Call Requirement: Varies by position
  • Setting: Clinic
  • Patient Population: Children or adults with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges
  • Must be board-certified
  • Benefits provided if working 20+ hours per week
  • Salaried position
