- Cases: Ortho, Neuro, Vasc, GYN, Urology, General; peds is rare and OB is optional
- 15 ORs, 2 Endo, occasional cath lab and IR
- Supervision: 1:2 or 1:3
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be board certified
