Optimum has partnered with a leading cancer center in Tampa, Florida, with an opportunity for a Division Chief of Breast Pathology to join their team.
This is a great chance for a skilled Breast Pathologist to lead a dedicated, dynamic team at a reputable healthcare facility.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule:
- Frozen call 1-2 weeks per year, Friday 5:30p-Friday 7:30a
- Annual Volume: 8,200 cases
- Caseload: 90% clinical, 10% administrative
- Overseeing a team of 10-11 breast pathologists
- No autopsies or pediatrics
- Interest in research is a plus
- EMR: Cerner, moving to Epic Beaker
- Must be breast fellowship trained
- Must be board-certified
