Emergency Medicine Position in Southwestern OR | Sign On & Relocation

A critical access hospital in southwestern Oregon has an opening for an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

About the Position:

• Schedule: 3x 12-hour shifts, 10a-10p
• Annual volume: 5,000
• Daily Volume: 10-15 patients during the day, 2-3 patients at night on average, max 10 per night
• EMR: Evident, thrive, and CPSI
• 4 weeks + 1 week of CMEs
• Sign On/Relocation: $10K sign on, $8K relocation
• Retention bonus of 10k for each year of service
