Family Medicine APP Position in NH's Lakes Region

Optimum has partnered with a hospital in New Hampshire's Lakes Region with an opening for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

Join a reputable team and provide quality care to patients of all ages. During your time off, relax by peaceful lakes or nearby mountains.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Beeper Call Requirement: 4 weekends per year, 3 nights per month
• Patient Population: All ages
• 30 minutes per follow-up, 45 minutes per new patient
• EMR: Meditech
• Must be board-certified
