Optimum is proud to partner with an acute care hospital 1.5 hours from Chicago, Illinois, that has an open position for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join their team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 9-hour day shifts, 4 days/week
• Call required
• Patient Age Range: IM - 18+ but skews older, FM - All ages
• 2 MDs, 2 APPs
• EMR: Cerner
• BE/BC

Position Benefits:
