The ideal candidate has worked with Medicare and has 3-5 years of experience.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Offsite call only for own patients
• Daily Census: 18-20 patients
• 1 APP & 1 medical assistant
• Competitive base salary with 30% bonus plan
• $50K for sign-on & relocation
• Must be board-certified
