Gastroenterology Locum Tenens Opening on the Coast of SC | 1 Week per Month

Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital on the coast of South Carolina that has an opening for a Gastroenterologist to assist their team.


Opening Details:

  • Schedule: Monday 7a-Monday 7a, one week per month
  • Clinic Volume: 3 patients per hour
  • Endo Lab Volume: 8 cases per day
  • Duties: Hospital call, scheduled procedures, consults, and clinic coverage
  • Procedures Required: EGD, colonoscopy, flex sig
  • Clinic Support Staff: PA, LPN, MA
  • Endo Lab Support Staff: CRNA, RN, NP, tech
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
  • Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, walk quiet docks lined with sailboats and coastal restaurants, browse small shops near the harbor, and take a deep-sea fishing charter into the Atlantic.
