Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in central Kentucky that has an opportunity for a General Surgeon to assist their team with short-term locum coverage.


Opportunity Details:

  • Schedule: 24-hour call
  • Duties: Weekend call coverage, rounding on inpatients with surgery consults
  • Required Procedures: General surgery and some GI
  • Support Staff: OR call team, Hospitalist, inpatient nursing
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
  • Paid travel & expenses
