Opportunity Details

Medicus is partnering with a medical center in central Louisiana that has a contract assignment for a Hospital Medicine physician to assist their team.


Assignment Details:

  • Shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a
  • Schedule: 7 on/7 off
  • No call requirement
  • Daily Census: 12 patients
  • Duties: Admissions, consults, referrals, discharges, and procedures
  • Required Procedures: Paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, line and tube removal, abscess incision and drainage, etc.
  • Any active, unrestricted state license accepted
  • EMR: CPRS
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses
