Optimum is proud to partner with a medical center in northern Maryland with an opening for a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

Opening Details:

  • Level II trauma facility
  • Schedule: 8a-6p
  • No call required
  • M/S unit of 30 beds
  • No procedures, no codes, closed ICU
  • Will practice independently
  • Responsibilities: Provide acute inpatient care, including admitting patients, performing physical exams, ordering tests, diagnosing, performing hospital rounds, and planning for discharge
  • Daily Census: 15 patients
  • EMR: Epic
  • Board certification required
