Opportunity Details

Medicus is partnering with a well-established hospital in central New Jersey to provide locum tenens Hospitalist coverage.


Opening Overview:

  • Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 8a-4p, or 7a-3p
  • No call shifts
  • Daily Census: 20-30 patients, 3-8 admissions
  • Beds: 113 hospital beds, 10 ICU beds
  • Open ICU
  • Responds to codes
  • Procedures: Intubations, central lines
  • ICU: Open, with intensivists available from 7a-7p daily; remote ICU support overnight
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Support Staff: MD, APC, Intensivist
  • BC or BE, IM/FM
  • Paid travel & lodging
  • 1-hour outside of New York City
