Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in central California that has an opportunity for a Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team, care for a diverse patient population, and enjoy flexible scheduling in a scenic region of California.

Opportunity Details:

• Flexible Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
• Evening and weekend beeper call required
• Setting: Inpatient
• Patient Population: Adolescents and adults
• Daily Volume: 15-16 patients, including 2-3 new patients
• Total ADC: 95 patients
• ALOS: 11 days
• 128 beds
• Current Team Structure: 7 physicians
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
