Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southern Colorado that has an opportunity for an Interventional Cardiologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Overview:

  • Level III Trauma Center
  • Schedule: 24-hour call
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Daily Admissions: 5 patients
  • Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
  • Job Duties: Inpatient rounding, STEMI rounding, interpreting EKG’s, stress tests, performing transesophageal echocardiography and cardioversions
  • Support Staff: APPs
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
  • Additional Certifications: BLS and DEA
  • Paid travel & expenses
