Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in eastern Georgia that has an opening for a Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.


Opening Highlights:

  • Schedule: Friday-Monday, 24-hour call shifts
  • Duties: Round on post-op patients, office consults, EVH and chest closure in the OR, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion and care
  • Required Skills: CV surgery, LVAD, vein harvesting
  • No transplants
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses
