Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southern Nebraska that has an opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Overview:

  • Schedule: 24-hour call, specific dates
  • Patient Volume: 6-8 per day with inpatient add ons
  • Duties: Inpatient consults, inpatient and outpatient endoscopies, and other procedures
  • Required Procedures: EGD, PEG tubes, colonoscopies, and ERCPs
  • Support Staff: APP
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
  • Additional Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and DEA
  • Paid travel & expenses
