Medicus has an opportunity for a skilled General Surgeon to provide locum tenens coverage at a hospital in southwestern Colorado.

Opportunity Overview:

  • Level III Trauma
  • Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 6a-6a
  • Setting: Inpatient only
  • Duties: Cover ER and inpatient cases
  • Required Procedures: Basic call and trauma cases
  • Support Staff: Nurses and OR staff as needed
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
  • ATLS, BLS, and DEA required
  • Paid travel & expenses
