Locum Tenens General Surgery Opportunity in Northeastern OR

Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northeastern Oregon that has an opportunity for a General Surgeon to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8a-5p)
  • Call Requirement: Monday-Thursday (nightly call), Friday-Sunday (24-hour call)
  • Setting: Clinic and OR
  • Case Volume: 8-12 GI procedures per day, ~10 endos per week
  • Case Types: Upper and lower procedures, hernias, open belly cases, endoscopy
  • No ERCPs or stents
  • Support Staff: CRNAs
  • Must be board-certified
  • Additional Certifications: BLS
  • Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, hike through waterfall parks, visit local restaurants and shops, and enjoy scenic landscapes and viewpoints.
