Medicus has partnered with a hospital in eastern North Carolina that has an opportunity for a Hematopathologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Details:

  • Level I Trauma Center
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
  • Call Requirement: Some night and weekend call
  • Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
  • Responsibilities: Blood smears, body fluids, lymph nodes, bone marrow, extranodal lymphoma, and flow cytometry sign out
  • Support Staff: Clinical pathologists, surgical pathologists, AP/CP resident
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
  • Paid travel & expenses
