Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northwestern Georgia that has an opportunity for a Hospital Medicine physician to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Details:

  • Schedule: 7p-7a, 7 on/7 off
  • No call requirement
  • Patient Volume: 8-10 admissions per day
  • Responsibilities: Admission of new patients, cross cover night patients, and respond to codes
  • No procedures required
  • Support Staff: Critical care physician on-call
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
  • Additional Certifications: DEA and ACLS
  • Paid travel & expenses
