Medicus has partnered with a hospital in western Illinois with an opportunity for a Pathologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-4p), specific dates
  • No call requirement
  • Annual Census: ~3,000 surgical pathology cases, ~100 cytology cases
  • Duties: Anatomic, clinical, and surgical pathology, cytology, peripheral smear reviews, blood bank coverage, and grossing specimens
  • Support Staff: Histotechnologist
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses
