• Schedule: 4-day workweek (Mon-Thurs)
• Shift Information: 8a-6p
• Patient Population: All ages
• Average Daily Volume: 10-15 patients
• EMR: Epic
• Must have experience and be able to work independently
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses
