Optimum has partnered with a General Hospital 30-minutes north of Syracuse, New York, seeking to employ a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding team.

This position offers a competitive base salary for an outpatient practice and a $15K starting bonus.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Minimal call coverage - 2/3 days per month
• Team of 1 MD & 2 NPS
• Aggressive base salary + quarterly RVU bonus over 50% MGMA
• 6-weeks of PTO
• Robust benefits w/ 401K
• Located along the scenic Adirondack Mountains
