Medical Director Psychiatry Locum in Eastern MA

Medicus has partnered with a leading hospital in eastern Massachusetts with an opening for a Psychiatrist to provide medical director coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Medical director and adult inpatient cases
• Medical Director Responsibilities: Oversight of the daily operations of the unit AND daily review of NPs 10 patient caseload
• Psychiatrist Responsibilities: Rounding, med management, initial PSY evals
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hours per day
• Daily Volume: 10 patients per day
• No call shifts
• Support staff: 2 MDs, NP, RNs, MHCs
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• 20-mins from Salem & 35 mins from Boston
