Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northern California with an opening for a Neurohospitalist to perform inpatient neurology coverage.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Shifts available Monday-Sunday, 7a-5p
- No call nightly call - telehealth coverage 5p-7a
- Must feel comfortable with emergent neurology consultations and interpreting brain CTs, MRIs, CT angiograms, and CT perfusion studies
- Annual cases: 60-100 stroke thrombectomy procedures, 400-500 strokes, TIAs, and ICHs
- EEG interpretation is not required but preferred
- Paid travel & expenses
