Pathology Locum Opportunity in Central MI | Rotating Call

A central Michigan hospital has an opportunity for a skilled Pathologist to assist their team.

Opportunity Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Rotating Call: Friday at 5p to following Friday at 8a, every other week
• Case Volume: 35-50 cases read per day
• Procedures: Hematology, microbiology, chemistry/serology, blood bank
• Anatomic Pathology Procedures: Surgical, GI pathology, GU pathology, neuropathology, dermatopathology, hematopathology, cytology
• GI biopsies, breast biopsies, and neuropathology are most common
• Will gross your own specimens and cut your own frozen sections
• Support Staff: 1 additional pathologist, histotechnologists
• EMR and Dictation: NovoPath, Allscripts Sunrise
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
