Primary Care NP Position in Southern AZ | 4-Day Workweek

Optimum has partnered with an established medical center in southeastern Arizona seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team.

About the Position:

• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9-hour shifts
• Currently no call - possible evening call in the future
• Daily Volume: 18-24 patients
• Support Staff: Medical assistants, triage nurse, psych NP, & fam MD
• EMR: Meditech
• Full health benefits & retirement package
• Accrued PTO, 8 holidays, + 5 sick days
• Sign-on bonus & $5K relocation
• 2-hours northeast of Tucson & 3-hours east of Phoenix
