Referral Rewards Program
At Optimum Permanent Placement Services, we believe our existing Provider network is a competitive advantage. To reward our valued Providers, we have established the Optimum Provider Referral Reward Program. Please see below for specific program guidelines and eligibility.

Program Guidelines Eligibility
A referral must meet the following criteria to qualify for payout:
- Referrals are valid for one year from submission.
- The referral reward does not apply for candidates who are already in our database and have been in contact with an Optimum representative within the past 6 months or have been placed by Optimum within the past 24 months.
- Client contacts, agencies or third-party vendors are not eligible for participation in this program.
- Reward payment will be processed the following month after the referral has successfully completed the client contracted minimum employment period. No partial payments will be made.
- The referring provider must submit a W9 to Medicus if one is not already on file in order for payment to be processed.
- To qualify, referrals must be submitted prior to the referral being placed by Optimum Placement Services.
